The Plant Based Workshop. Very, very slurp-able! First of all, they are made 100% plant based. We use THE best ingredients. Organic, flavourful wheat from British Columbia is the key to the aroma and quality of the noodles we create. What makes ramen noodles special is the kansui, an alkaline mineral water that gives them a nice firmness even when they spend a long time soaking in broth.

The Plant Based Workshop. Our smooth and creamy carrot miso broth truly brightens up cold days and refreshes warm ones! Depth in flavour is always a challenge when it comes to plant based. We’ve got you covered! We’ve mastered spices with a luscious creamy texture from the blended carrots and chickpea miso. Revitalizing ginger,  adding anti-inflammatory qualities, and the carrots for an excellent source of vitamin A!
