The Plant Based Workshop. Very, very slurp-able! First of all, they are made 100% plant based. We use THE best ingredients. Organic, flavourful wheat from British Columbia is the key to the aroma and quality of the noodles we create. What makes ramen noodles special is the kansui, an alkaline mineral water that gives them a nice firmness even when they spend a long time soaking in broth. |
