Canning local seafood since 1961 with our brands, St. Jeans, Raincoast Trading, Global Raincoast, and Gratitude Seafood. In 2015, St. Jeans ownership was transferred to the Nuu-chah-nulth, five Indigenous nations with a long and proud history as stewards and participants in BC’s seafood economy. We offer value added and commodity seafood, such as canned and smoked salmon, frozen fish fillets, and retort pouches.

Raincoast Trading Wild Smoked Salmon Jerky, sourced from the Pacific Northwest, is skinless and boneless. It's hand-cut, ground, and pressed flat before being smoked in our smokehouse and cut into strips. Also available in Chipotle flavors. Product of St. Jean's Cannery.

St. Jean’s Pacific Clam Chowder is made using the original St. Jean Cannery's recipe which includes ocean clams. This is the classic Pacific-style seafood soup packed it full of vegetables, bacon, and just the right spices.
